Friday Five
1. What cologne or perfume do you wear? I love Jessica McClintock. It’s a very foofoo flowery fragrance that a great many people can’t stand. I’m also into that utterly horrible (or so I’m told) Tea Rose stuff. Yum. I admit it is a wee bit strong, but I’m a sucker for florals. About the only fragrances I’m not terribly keen on are almond types, vanilla, and I’m also not altogether thrilled with most fruity fragrances, either.
2. What cologne or perfume do you like best on the opposite sex? Oooh, I LOVE Eternity for Men. But not on my husband. Nope. Yuck. He gets Grey Flannel or Cool Water. There is nothing more sexy to me than a guy who smells good.
3. What one smell can you not stomach? There are actually a lot of smells I’m extremely sensitive to. My beloved’s feet. Yuck. The trash bin if it hasn’t been rinsed with bleach lately. But smells that are surprisingly offensive to me? Well, when I was pregnant, pretty much everything, including garlic, any kind of perfume, laundry detergent, and about any and everything else you could think of. Now? *thinkthinkthink* Cigarette smoke. Yep. That’s GOT to be the most offensive smell to me. Or the “leftover” smell after someone’s smoked. YUCK.
4. What smell do you like that others might consider weird? Ah lawd. Everything I like everyone else hates, I think. Heh. Vicks Vapo Rub. No joke. I have a sample size container on my desk and I sniff it just for the hell of it sometimes. I’m extremely fond of baby powder fragrance, too. In fact, if anyone out there ever finds a good place to buy baby powder scented candles, let me know!! I love the powder fragranced Lysol Disinfectant Spray.

Hopefully, we’ll be having a big game of Catan with Andrea and her husband. Hubby wants to go up to Clearlake on Sunday, too, but I just… eh… I don’t think it’s worth it at this point. We’ll see. Other than that? I’m going to immerse myself in “A Game of Thrones“ and hopefully finish it off so I can move on to book two.
I know… I know. I NEVER do the Friday Five. 
But I felt like being a trendy ho. Crap, it’s not even Friday yet. Ha. Oh well. It gave me a chance to have a LINK-O-RAMA fest.

I love the smell of Vicks. I still put a little under my nose when I’m sick. Mmmm. I used to like Jessica McClintock too… before I started getting these darned headaches from scents.

Back in the days when I wore cologne, I LOVED Jessica McClintock! If I smelled a little bit from the bottle, I probably still would.
