Another Jenica here. I am just curious does any one know what our name means? My mother says it means princess but the lad who gave me the name says it means Beautiful. I found on two sies that it’s Romanian and means God is Gracious. Also i am curious, how do you pronounce your names, i come from a Jamaican family so we pronounce it Jen-Knee-Ka. Strangers often pronounce it

this is so coool! i’ve always hated my name because no one can pronounce it or spell it! and is someone else here actually nicknamed nica? that is so neat! i pronounce my name je ni kah, bu in french its pronunced jen ee que. i’ll answer to anything though, including jenni, jenna, jessica, jenifer, jenica, jeneeka, and anything else along those lines. what eother nickanmes do you gusy have? i live in ontario… and i’ve only ever met on e other jenica, byt he spelled his name differently. long live our name!... oh, i’m 17

My daughter is Jenica. We took her name from the Dutch and to them it means “little Jen”. The “ica” is diminuntive.

I have a beautiful 2 year old who’s name is Jenica Danielle everywhere I go people say what a beautiful name. I heard that name. When I was younger I heard that name and I always said if I had a girl I would name her Jenica my husband loved that name and it worked out perfect because everyone on my hubby’s side have the initals of J.D.J. By the way your Jenica is beautiful.

I am so shock that there are other Jenicas out there, I have only heard of two other people with my name and I am 25 years old. Do you also get tired of being called many other names, that somehow people manage to get from Jenica? It was only last year that I stopped using Jen and started telling others what my real name was. My nickname was Caca because my younger cousins could never say the first part. Horrible, but funny now. I live in Calgary, AB, Canada

I used to never hear the name Jenica and now this is just so cool because i never knew any of this. people can never say or spell my name either. i know of only one other jenica and she spells it jennicka. i want to know where that originated and what it means. i will be on this site more often

WOW! Very Awesome that there are other Jenica’s out there! I have always loved my name because it is so unique. I have even had the name Unique-a Jenica. I only hate it when people call me Jen-Ni-Ka becaus ethat is not what my parents named me even though it is spelled the same no offensse you jen-Ni-Ka’s out there. We should create a jenica club! Wow, I’m excited. I cannot believe there are so many of us! Have any of you ever googled it and found a ton of stuff about Jenica Bergere and Jenica Rayne? They seem to be the most popular when I google.
I found that Jenica means God is Gracious in a few different places, but who knows.
I’m so glad I never had the nickname caca- you do know what that means in spanish, right?
I’ve never met another Jenica, but apparently there are TWO others on my university campus! One is a Jenica and the other is a Jenika.
Anyhow, I’m 19 and in Ontario. Other Jenicas feel free to email me! We’ve gotta start our own forum though so we stop filling up this poor cutie’s picture album with our conversation .

wow, that is so cool..all these Jenica’s in one place. Usually, when people try to spell my name, they use 2 n’s, Jennica, not the way mine is spelled…jenica. Anyone get that too?
